This collaborative research project of oral history at Paroikia Paros aims to study the island’s past as it is inscribed in stories and memories carried by objects, buildings, and monuments from Paroikia’s past and present. Students of the Department of Social Anthropology will carry out field research-interviews, research on archives and local and national publications. They will also collect objects and visual material which will form the basis for the 2nd Paros Festival and its exhibitions between July 12th and July 14th, 2019.
